6.2 We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order; this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
6.3 The contract between you and River Jai is formed when we send a dispatch/shipping confirmation or when we dispatch the products, whichever occurs first.
6.4 We may refuse or cancel an order (with a refund where payment has been taken) in cases including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or misuse.
7. Shipping, Delivery and Risk
7.1 We deliver to the locations listed on our website or at checkout. Delivery options, fees and estimated timeframes will be shown before you complete your purchase.
7.2 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to courier issues, customs or other factors beyond our control.
7.3 Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Ownership passes upon full payment being received.
7.4 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information; we are not liable for non‑delivery due to incorrect details.

9.2 Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of ceramics and art, we may not accept returns for minor variations in texture, colour or shape.

10.2 Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be treated under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
